It’s not often you get to see the entire arc of a character depicted in a single toy. Yet such is the case in this comprehensive set as Anakin Skywalker transforms before your eyes into legendary bad guy Darth Vader. The basic action figure is of pre-dark side Anakin and while he’s not the most finely detailed figure ever made, there is still a glint of menace in his eyes. From there, you’re free to pop off his head and replace it with another one showing the horrifying effects of a climactic battle from Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Finally, add a few choice accoutrements- helmet, cape, shoulder pads—to make the process complete. If only turning Vader back into a good guy was as easy in the movies. --Charlie Williams
